1. Do you provide door to door delivery?
    • Yes
  2. How much do you charge for delivery?
    • We charge a flat rate of SGD5 and free delivery if you purchase over SGD40.
  3. How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?
    • It is usually within 2-4 days for our normal delivery. We will contact you before delivery.
  4. Will Singapore Dream store my payment information?
    • Singapore Dream does not store any customer’s credit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all credit/debit card information is directly transacted in a secure fashion to CyberSource or PayPal, our payment gateway providers.
  5. Can I walk in to purchase?
    • Do note that we have no showroom. There will be no viewing of products. However, you may come down to purchase it if you already have a product in mind. Upon arrival, please let us know what you would like to purchase. Unfortunately, we only accept cash so come prepared. Also, always call us to check on stock availability to avoid a wasted trip.
  6. What is the warranty policy?
    • We cover 30 days warranty for any defects affecting the normal functionality of our products. Repairs or replacements of parts will be done by bringing the item to our location. Please contact us 1 day in advance before coming over.
  7. Is there any exchange policy?
    • We allow a 1 to 1 exchange policy within 7 days from date of purchase. Item must be in original packaging and shows no sign of rough usage. All exchanges will be subjected to stock availability. Please contact us 1 day in advance before coming over.
